We have a no exchange, no refund policy for the ceres chill for sanitary issue. Please make sure you order the right size and what you need. 🙏

Refunds
We are unable to refund , exchange or return products due to the nature of storing breastmilk. If you need to cancel an order we will refund it via store credits.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective.
